Alba is a small town located in Jasper County, Missouri, United States. As of the 2010 census, the population was 555. The town is located approximately 14 miles north of Carthage and 22 miles southwest of Joplin. Alba has a total area of 0.59 square miles. The town has a post office, a park, a small grocery store, and a few other small businesses. Alba is known for its annual Alba Car Show, which takes place every August and attracts car enthusiasts from all over the area. The town is also home to the Tri-City Area Fire Protection District and the Alba School District.
